My cat has urine tract problem….. any suggestions?
my cat was on antibiotics 8 weeks ago for a possible urine infection, the vet said something about possible strutha stones or something he may have. anyway.. for last 24 hrs he has stopped eating, just picking at food, he isnt peeing too well, he sits in his tray for 3 mins at least and delivers a teaspoon of pee, then 30 seconds later hes back inthere again , same thing 3 mins teaspoon of wee. ive chaned his litter, given him fresh water but it hsnt helped. i am getting him to vets tomorrow, he doesnt seem poorly like last time, he is full of life, not in any pain or crying, he is running around and playing but he has the symptoms of these stones and blocked urinary tract. i want to know if anyone has any suggestions of how to help until i get him to vets tomorrow?? hes my little boy and id be devastated to lose him hes only 15 months old.
From Kater: Glad to see you are taking your young cat to the vet. That is the first best thing to do. Male cats are more prone to cat bladder stones and its important to rule that out first. This product will help him heal and get over the antibiotics too – that’s probably the approach your vet will take. You may be interested in adding these to his daily regime to help him heal. They aren’t hard too give. just a pinch of beads mixed into his cat food.
